By accessing or using DentReview (“the Service”) at dentreview.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
DentReview is a platform that connects patients seeking NHS dental appointments with dental practices that have available or cancelled appointment slots. We provide notifications via SMS and WhatsApp when appointments become available. DentReview is free for patients.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By using DentReview, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians may sign up on behalf of minors for appointment notifications.
4. Patient responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information including name, phone number, and postcode
- Respond promptly to appointment availability notifications
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to manipulate the waitlist or notification system
5. No medical advice
DentReview does not provide medical or dental advice. The Service is solely a booking and notification platform. Always seek professional dental advice for health concerns. In a dental emergency, contact NHS 111.
6. Dental practice responsibilities
Dental practices using DentReview agree to keep their availability information accurate and to honour appointments offered through the platform. DentReview does not guarantee appointment availability and is not responsible for practice cancellations.
7. Limitation of liability
DentReview acts as an intermediary between patients and dental practices. We are not liable for any missed appointments, treatment outcomes, or losses arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and technology on DentReview are owned by DentReview and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@dentreview.co.uk.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
